Dr Bialek and Staff will be supporting Lifeline Disaster Relief Drive: You can drop off items needed to our office Monday- Thursday durning office hours.
 
 
 
Items needed:
    • Food
      • Peanut Butter
      • Meats (canned or foil package)
      • Baby cereal
      • Infant formula (must be powdered due to no refrigeration in homes)
    • Shoes – New or used in good condition
    • Medical Supplies – dressings, gauzes, surgical supplies, gloves, tape, suture materials, alcohol, peroxide
    • Over-the-counter medicines (those that do not require a prescription)

      (Tylenol, Ibuprofen, Antacids, Tums, Cough medicines, Prenatal vitamins, etc.)

    • Linens – New or used in good condition
      • Sheets:  twin-bed-sized sheets needed most
      • Towels
